Billing terms. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are, which is shown before you pay. Paid plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel, and we charge the payment method on file on each renewal date. You can cancel at any time in the app or by email — cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We will always email or notify you in the app before any price change takes effect, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

How you can pay
Card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Cryptocurrency
For people who would rather not have a card statement showing a VPN purchase. Same prices, same plans.
Voucher code
A prepaid code redeemed in the app. No payment relationship with us at all — useful where cards do not work. Redeem a code.
During the pilot, card payment is not open yet. The fleet is small and invited testers are on voucher codes. The prices above are the prices we will launch at, and this page will stop saying this the day checkout opens.
Billing questions
When exactly am I charged?
On the day you subscribe, and then on the same day each month until you cancel. If that day does not exist in a given month, the charge falls on the last day of that month.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription stops renewing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account drops to the free tier rather than being deleted. See the refunds and cancellation policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of a charge, in full, no questions about why. The details, including how it works for renewals and for vouchers, are in the refunds and cancellation policy.
Can I switch plans?
At any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and we charge the difference for the remainder of the period; moving down takes effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
What currency will my bank show?
We charge in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee that we neither set nor receive.
